 He became a Member of The Institute of Chartered Accounatnts of India in 1971. He was an Ex - Banker with a large PSU bank and a rich experience of more then three decades in the areas of Audit and Inspection. He has also served as a Honorary Vice-Chairman of a renowned Co-perative Bank in the past. At the firm, he heads the risk advisory practice which comprises of Internal Audits, Management Audits, Verification of Internal Controls and various other professional certifications.

 He became a Member of The Institute of Chartered Accounatnts of India in 1993 and brings with him more than 24 years of extensive experience in Corporate Finance and Transaction Advisory viz. Mergers, Valuations, Debt Syndication, Business Structuring etc. Besides Corporate Finance and Transaction Advisory, he has also advised a large number of clients in different industries on FEMA, Tax Structuring and Accounting in various International GAAP.
